ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a driven and results-focused Property and Casualty Insurance Account Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for building strong client relationships, providing exceptional service, and supporting clients with their insurance needs while generating new business and expanding existing accounts. The ideal candidate will be a detailed oriented, confident communicator with a passion for sales, goal achievement and helping clients protect what matters most.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role is responsible for building strong client relationships, providing exceptional service, and supporting clients with their insurance needs while generating new business and expanding existing accounts. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and community involvement.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by identifying their insurance needs and recommending appropriate P&C coverage solutions.
- Educate clients on coverage options, policy changes, and value-added services
- Consistently meet or exceed sales and growth targets while maintaining high client retention
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities for additional insurance products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active Property and Casualty Insurance License or ability to obtain quickly
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize effectively.
- Self-motivated with competitive drive to achieve sales goals.
Compensation: $36,000.00 per year
